NCC secures partnering project worth SEK 125 million

NCC secures partnering project worth SEK 125 million NCC Construction Sweden is to build 143 new rental apartments in central Linköping, as part of a partnering project with AB Stångåstaden. The order is worth approximately SEK 125 million. The 143 rental apartments will be built on Knektgatan, approximately two kilometers from Stora Torget in Linköping. Most of the apartments will be small or medium-sized. The project also includes development of the environment around the road, such as tree plantings and paving work. Construction will commence immediately and the apartments are scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2007. A total of 30 NCC employees will be engaged in the project. The project will be conducted in a partnering format, which means that the customer, contractor and designer/architect will form an integrated project organization with strictly delineated responsibility and with joint incentives for achieving the goals established for the project.
