“It is gratifying that we’re now selling the fourth phase of Delta Park, in the attractive office area of Vallensbaek, southwest of central Copenhagen, that NCC has built in stages,” says Ole Faurby, Head of NCC Property Development Denmark.

The area has good transport links by car, buss and with proximity to Kastrup airport.

Company House Vallensbaek phase 4 includes a total of approximately 12,000 square meters, of which approximately 10,500 square meters is office space. The current leasing rate is 74 percent. The tenants include Orkla Foods, among others. NCC is pledging rental guarantees for five years.

NCC has built out the area in phases. The first three phases are fully let and were sold to Saremo Properties A/S in 2011 and PKA in 2014. The property is expected to be certified DGNB Gold.

The transaction will have a positive impact on earnings in the NCC Property Development business area in the fourth quarter of 2019.

NCC’s objective is to minimize the environmental impact and add value for customers and society with environmentally certified buildings, attractive workplaces and inclusive urban environments.
