NCC sells office project in Denmark for approximately SEK 350 million

NCC Property Development A/S has sold the Skejby Company House I and II office projects in Aarhus to CW Obel Ejendomme A/S for SEK 180 million and SEK 170 million, respectively. The sale of Skejby Company House I will have a positive impact on earnings, which will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2008. The sale of Skejby Company House II will have a positive impact on earnings, which will be reported upon completion, scheduled for the second quarter of 2009.

The two buildings comprise 7,200 and 6,800 square meters of office space and 86 percent of the area has been leased. The largest tenants are Rådgivergruppen DNU I/S, Codan Forsikring and Vestas. NCC Property Development is responsible for leasing the remaining areas. NCC has provided rental guarantees for five years following completion and has made full provision for this purpose.

Skejby Company House I was completed on November 1, 2008 and the first tenant has already moved in. Skejby Company House II is expected to be completed in June 2009.
