NCC Property Development has sold the fourth and final phase of Falcon Business Park outside Helsinki. The buyer is the property fund Aberdeen Property Fund I Sicav-Fis and the purchase consideration is SEK 213 million. The sale will have a positive impact on NCC’s profit in the third quarter of 2011.

Aberdeen’s property portfolio includes three previously purchased properties located in Falcon Business Park. The fourth and final office building, called Falcon Gentti, has now been sold to Aberdeen. Falcon Gentti is completely leased to Aalto University.

The building, which is under construction, was built according to Finnish A-energy class.

The university will be leasing the entire building totaling 6,900 square meters. A parking facility with capacity for 190 vehicles will also be built adjacent to the building.

Aalto University, which has programs in engineering, economy, design and art, will be moving into the premises during July 2011.
