NCC Property Development has signed an agreement with Sellar Property Group regarding the sale of NCC’s properties in Germany. The agreed purchase price is approximately SEK 490 million.

The three buildings, which were all developed by NCC between 1999-2002, are located in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Dortmund, and have total floor space of approximately 29,000 square meters of office and hotel space.

Sellar Property Group is a privately owned British property company that has existed for approximately 15 years and manages an investment portfolio worth approximately SEK 7 billion.

With the exception of an undeveloped site in Dortmund, which is expected to be sold shortly, this sale means that NCC Property Development will leave the German market.

The sale will be reported during the first quarter of 2007 and will generate a capital gain of approximately SEK 20 million, after full provision for issued rental guarantees.
