NCC sells properties in Lund for SEK 104 million

NCC sells properties in Lund for SEK 104 million NCC Property Development has concluded an agreement with M2 Gruppen regarding the sale of properties in Lund. The sales price of SEK 104 million will generate a very favorable gain, which will be included in NCC's earnings for the first quarter of 2004. The divestment pertains to properties located in eastern Lund, within the Vipeholm district. The divested properties consist mainly of premises used for care or educational applications, as well as residential and office space. The Municipality of Lund is the largest tenant.
