NCC sells properties in Malmö and Stockholm for SEK 106 million

NCC sells properties in Malmö and Stockholm for SEK 106 million NCC Property Development AB has sold properties in Malmö and Stockholm to Fastighets AB Gerda and FastPartner AB, respectively, for a total purchase consideration of SEK 106 million. The sales will have a marginal impact on NCC's earnings for the fourth quarter of 2003. The properties in Malmö, which are part of the Gyllenstjärna block in the city center, are two retail and office buildings with floor space of 1,303 and 921 square meters, respectively, located in a pedestrian precinct along Skomakaregatan. Fastighets AB Gerda will take over the properties in February 2004. The Stockholm holding consists of industrial properties in northern Greater Stockholm, specifically in Järfälla, Upplands Väsby, Sigtuna, Täby and Stockholm. Takeover will occur in February 2004.
