NCC sells properties in Malmö for SEK 52 million

NCC sells properties in Malmö for SEK 52 million NCC Property Development has concluded agreements with Maskin and Inventarie Aktiebolaget, a subsidiary of Aktiebolaget Lomma Tegelfabrik, regarding the sale of properties in the Gyllenstjärna block in central Malmö. The sales price of SEK 52 million will generate a very healthy gain for NCC, which will be included in NCC AB's earnings for the first quarter of 2004. The sale relates to two properties with the Skomakaregatan 6-10 address. The properties comprise approximately 2,690 square meters of office and retail space. Including today's sales, NCC Property Development has sold properties in Malmö/Lund for SEK 245 million during the first quarter of 2004.
