NCC sells property in Finland for SEK 127 million

NCC sells property in Finland for SEK 127 million NCC Real Estate has concluded an agreement with Sampo Insurance Company regarding the sale of Business House Casa in Esbo for SEK 127 million. The property will be completed during spring 2001. Business House Casa is located in Spektri Business Park in Tapiola, Esbo, close to Helsinki. Spektri Business Park is an international business park situated in one of northern Europe´s most expansive areas for IT and telecom businesses. Business House Casa comprises 7,000 m2 of floor space, plus some 70 parking spaces. The property is leased to Ztango com Oy, an American IT and telecom company. "The sale is in line with our strategy of offering investors development projects in expanding markets in the Nordic Region," says Magnus Mannesson, President of NCC Real Estate. The sale will generate a very healthy development gain, which will be included in NCC Real Estate´s second-quarter income, under the real estate development business.
