NCC sells property in Hamburg for SEK 200 million

NCC sells property in Hamburg for SEK 200 million NCC Real Estate has concluded an agreement with Deutsche Grundbesitz- Investmentgesellschaft mbH regarding the sale of the Kielerstrasse property in Hamburg. The sales price is SEK 200 million, which corresponds to a yield of 6.5 percent for the purchaser. The sale will have no significant impact on NCC's earnings. "The sale is in line with NCC Real Estate's strategy of divesting fully- developed properties," says Magnus Mannesson, President of NCC Real Estate. Kielerstrasse 143-147 is located in western Hamburg on a site that was acquired at the beginning of the 1990s. The property that comprises 10,000 2 m of rentable floor space was completed in 1998 and is fully occupied. Current tenants include Compaq and Etap-hotel, which is part of Accor, a French hotel chain. The transaction will be booked under the managed properties category in NCC Real Estate's second-quarter income statement.
