NCC sells property in Malmö for SEK 85 million

NCC sells property in Malmö for SEK 85 million NCC Property Development has reached an agreement with S-Kon Fastigheter AB regarding the sale of a property in the Gyllenstjärna block in central Malmö. The sales price of SEK 85 million will generate a very healthy gain for NCC, which will affect NCC AB's earnings for the first quarter of 2004. The sale pertains to Gyllenstjärna 32, a corner property with Södergatan 11-13 and Skomakaregatan 2 as its addresses. The property comprises approximately 3,400 square meters of floor space and consists mainly of office and retail premises.
