September 4, 1998 NCC sells real estate project in central Helsinki for SEK 149 million NCC Puolimatka has reached an agreement with the Finnish Work Pension Fund and the Finnish Paper Association regarding the sale of an office project in Leppäkärki in central Helsinki. The Purchase price is SEK 149 million. The transaction will generate a capital gain of SEK 40 million for NCC during 1998. The property, which consists of 6,800 square meters of rentable floor space and has been preleased to Finnair Travel Service Ltd, will be ready for occupancy during autumn 1999.
