NCC sells shopping mall in Helsinki for SEK 138 million NCC has sold the Grani shopping mall at the Grankula shopping center, Helsinki, to Querenchia Ltd. The total value of the transaction is approximately SEK 138 million (approx. EUR 15 million). The sale, which will generate a healthy contribution development gain, will affect NCC's earnings for the first quarter of 2003. The Grani shopping mall has a gross floor area of about 6,500 square meters, of which leased space accounts for approximately 5,500 square meters, and 27 companies are active there. Grani is a successful shopping mall whose sales have exceeded the established targets. Querenchia Ltd is a newly established Finnish investment company focusing on the ownership and development of retail, office and industrial properties. One of the company's goals is to find international investors and financiers for the Finnish real estate market. EuroHypo and Nordea are Querenchia's main financiers in connection with the acquisition of the Grani property.
