NCC signs agreement concerning Coop Forum hypermarket in Kungsbacka

NCC Property Development is to lease premises for a new Coop Forum hypermarket in Kungsbacka. The complex will comprise 11,301 square meters of retail space plus an outdoor market. Occupancy is scheduled for summer 2008.

In Kungsbacka, south of Gothenburg, NCC Property Development is developing a retail park comprising a total of approximately 17,000 square meters of floor space. The area is located just south of Kungsbacka Centrum. By leasing the new premises, Coop Sweden will become the largest tenant in the newly developed retail park. The next parallel phase of development in the area consists of an additional 6,000 square meters of retail space for discretionary products, focusing on home interiors and household items.

“We are gratified to have concluded an agreement concerning the establishment of a Coop Forum hypermarket. This means we now have an important anchor tenant in our new retail park.
