NCC starts new office project near Copenhagen

NCC Property Development starts the development of a new office building in the established Vallensbaek Company Park close to Copenhagen, Denmark. This new project comprises approximately 8,800 square meters of office space.

In Vallensbaek Company Park, NCC has developed office buildings in several phases. The two first phases, completed in 2009 and 2011, are fully let and sold to Saremo Properties. The current project is the third phase with a current letting ratio of 50 per cent. The building will be completed and ready for occupancy May 2015.

All office buildings in Vallensbaek Company Park are built as Company Houses with a wide range of shared facilities for the tenants such as lobby, meeting rooms, canteen etc,

Vallensbaek Company House III will be environmentally certified according to DGNB with the character ‘Silver’.
