NCC to build 80 apartments in Oslo for SEK 165 million

NCC Construction AS in Norway has been commissioned to build 80 apartments and 5,000 square meters of commercial premises in Oslo. The client is Hasle Torg AS and the contract is worth approximately SEK 165 million.

Work will commence at the end of February and is scheduled for completion during summer 2007. The project will be conducted as a turnkey contract. The 80 apartments will be divided into two seven-story buildings, in which the two ground floors will comprise commercial premises. The buildings will also include a floor on which a parking garage will be located. Order registration will occur during the first quarter of 2006.
