NCC to build container terminal in Finland for SEK 230 million NCC Puolimatka has been commissioned to build a container terminal in Mussala Harbor, Kotka, in southeast Finland. Work will commence in January 1999 and be completed in June 2001. The terminal will be able to receive vessels as of December 2000.
