NCC to build Danish IT-research park for SEK 122 million NCC Construction in Denmark has been commissioned to build an IT-research park in Aarhus, Denmark. The order is worth approximately DKK 100 million, corresponding to SEK 122 million. The IT-research park will be 10,800 square meters and include auditoriums, libraries and an indoor alley all the way through. NCC Construction in Denmark has received a turnkey contract for the project, with construction scheduled to start on October 1, 2004. The new IT center in Aarhus is to be completed during the first half of 2006. During the construction period of 17 months, approximately 50 people will be employed, half by NCC and half by subcontractors. The customer is IT-Forskerpark Katrinebjerg A/S.
