NCC to build exclusive apartments in Malmö for SEK 300 million The first phase of building at the Mästerlotsen property block, at the furthest point of the island of Ön at Limhamn, Malmö, will be initiated shortly. Fortress Group of the Netherlands is investing in exclusive tenant- owned apartments via Malmö Projektering, while NCC will be responsible for the actual building work. The estimated contract value of all of the building phases is approximately SEK 300 million. The sales process has already begun and several prospective tenant owners have already signed contracts for an apartment. The height of the four buildings will range from seven to nine stories, and the size of the apartments from 65 to 195 square meters. In total, the project encompasses 218 tenant-owned apartments.
