NCC to build housing in Stavanger for SEK 137 million NCC Construction Norway has signed agreements regarding orders with a combined value of NOK 125.5 million (approx. SEK 137 million) for the construction of housing in Stavanger. In total, NCC Construction Norway has signed agreements to build 168 residential units in Stavanger. Construction will commence when a sufficient number of housing units have been sold. On behalf of Idun Eiendom, NCC will build a total of 129 residential units, including 49 student apartments at Strømsteinen, close to the city center. The properties will be built within the framework of a turnkey contract and the order value is NOK 94.5 million (approx. SEK 103 million). The construction period is two years and construction is scheduled to commence in October 2004. On behalf of Stavanger Maritime, NCC will build Phase 3 of the Lervig Maritim project in the eastern parts of Stavanger. This phase comprises a total of 39 residential units plus commercial premises. Construction is scheduled to commence during autumn 2004 and extend over a period of one year. The order value is NOK 31 million (approx. SEK 34 million).
