NCC to build offices for Danish Radio for SEK 107 million NCC Construction Denmark has received an order for the construction of office buildings for Danish Radio's News Center. This is the second phase of work on Danish Radio's new multimedia building in Ørestad. The order is worth approximately SEK 107 million (DKK 90 million). The assignment entails construction of a seven-story building containing 32,000 square meters of floor space, which will function as Denmark's News Center. The News Center will be the country's center for sports and news broadcasts and, in addition to offices and workplaces, will contain circular news premises and TV studios. NCC also accounted for the construction of the first phase of Danish Radio's multimedia building, which comprises a total of 54,000 square meters. The assignments will be conducted in the form of a partnering project, involving extremely close cooperation between of the parties concerned. Work will commence in January and a total of 115 employees will be engaged in the project, which will be completed in January 2005.
