NCC to build parking building in Copenhagen for SEK 445 million

Carlsberg Ejendomme has commissioned NCC for the construction of a new underground parking building at Tuborg Havn in Hellerup. The order is worth approximately SEK 445 million.

NCC has been commissioned to construct a three-story underground parking building with space for nearly 1,000 vehicles. It will be constructed at Tuborg Havn, the new office and residential area in Hellerup, near Copenhagen. The parking building will have slightly less than 37,000 square meters of floor area and is scheduled for completion in September 2009.

The project, which will commence immediately, will employ at most 120 employees, primarily skilled workers in the field of civil engineering, landscaping and concrete works.
