NCC to build warehouse facility in Örebro for SEK 115 million

NCC to build warehouse facility in Örebro for SEK 115 million NCC has been commissioned to construct an approximately 28,000 square meter warehouse facility in Örebro. The assignment, which was ordered by Transportstaden i Örebro, is worth approximately SEK 115 million. The facility is scheduled for completion in December 2004 and will be leased to DHL. Brinova Properties and Örebro Municipality are the principal owners of Transportstaden i Örebro AB. NCC has previously built several warehouse and terminal facilities in the Örebro region and has thus contributed to establishing Örebro's position as a significant logistics center in Sweden. Work on the project, in which about 50 employees will be engaged, will commence immediately.
