NCC to construct office building at Brobekk in Oslo

NCC Construction Norway has been commissioned to construct a new office building for Vaktservice AS at Brobekk in Oslo. The client is a company in the Fabritius group and the order value is approximately SEK 160 million.

The building encompasses a total of 14,800 square meters divided between four floors and a parking garage in the basement. The client is Alf Bjerckes Vei Invest AS, which is owned by Fabritius Eiendom AS. The office will be leased to the security company Vaktservice AS. – We have worked together with companies in the Fabritius group on many projects in the past. Our partnerships have been highly successful and naturally we are gratified that we will once again be working together on a new construction project, says Terje Eknes, District Manager at NCC Construction Norway. Work will commence immediately and is expected to continue until February 2010. The order was registered in the second quarter of 2009.
