NCC to construct soccer arena in Fredrikstad, Norway, for SEK 260 million

NCC Construction AS of Norway has entered into an agreement with local owners regarding the construction of a new soccer arena in Fredrikstad with a contract value of SEK 260 million (NOK 223 million).

The soccer arena will have a capacity of 12,500 seats, plus relating service space. The agreement will be conducted on a turnkey basis and construction will commence on September 1 and is scheduled for completion on February 1, 2007.
