NCC to develop offices for Atos Origin in Malmö
NCC to develop offices for Atos Origin in Malmö NCC Property Development has signed an agreement with IT company Atos Origin regarding approximately 5,000 square meters of office space. NCC is developing a new office building for Atos Origin in Västra Hamnen in Malmö, thereby realizing the first phase of the Koggen project. As a result of rental, NCC will realize the first phase of its Koggen project at the location of Kockum's former shipyard. The following two phases will enable development of an additional approximately 8,000 square meters of office space. NCC Construction Sweden will be assigned as contractor for the assignment. Atos Origin's new offices will provide space for approximately 250 employees, who will consist of personnel from the company's present office in Bulltoftavägen, Malmö, and parts of its staff. The company views the Öresund region as a strategic placement and the office will form a natural link in its Nordic region. The placement of the Öresund office is based on the company's aim of expanding in the area. In the realization of our new offices, we have chosen a business partner who knows and understands our strategy.
