NCC to rebuild and manage healthcare center in Espoo, Finland, for SEK 177 million NCC has been commissioned by Nordisk Renting to convert a property in Espoo, just outside Helsinki, into a healthcare center and to be responsible for the center's management for 25 years. The order is worth approximately SEK 177 million (EUR 20 million). The 8,000-square-meter building is located in Tapiola, one of five town centers in Espoo. The City of Espoo is a long-term tenant in the building. Nordisk Renting has acquired the property.
