NCC to renovate Ministry for Foreign Affairs buildings in Helsinki, Finland for SEK 470 million
NCC has been selected to renovate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs buildings in Helsinki, Finland. The customer is Senate Properties and the value of the project is about SEK 470 million.

Renovation work will commence in autumn 2018 and will continue phase by phase until 2023.
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is located at Katajanokka in central Helsinki and occupies a total of eight buildings, the oldest of which was constructed in 1820.
Three of the buildings underwent a complete renovation in the 1980s, which was carried out by Puolimatka – a company that has been a part of NCC since 1996.
The total order value is SEK 470 million and will be registered in the first quarter of 2018 in the NCC Building business area.
