NCC to sell Hedemora Diesel NCC is to sell its wholly owned subsidiary Hedemora Diesel to Daros Holding for SEK 18.5 million. The sale will generate a modest capital gain. Hedemora Diesel's Danish subsidiary, Frich's A/S, is not covered by the transaction. The takeover date is December 21.
