NCC is to divest land for logistics operations in Rosersberg totaling SEK 136 million. Transfer will occur successively from the third quarter of 2013 and will have a positive impact on earnings at the different times of transfer during 2013 and 2014. The buyer is Kilenkrysset AB.

The transaction will be implemented as a company sale of nine properties, with a total underlying property value of SEK 136 million.

“For several years, NCC has been involved in successfully developing the Rosersberg area and its infrastructure, including a number of proprietarily developed logistics facilities. It seems a natural step to sell the remaining land to Kilenkrysset, which is one of the largest players in the area. NCC will continue to develop logistics projects in the areas in which we operate,” says Carola Lavén, President of NCC Property Development.

The sale will be recognized in profit in the NCC Property Development business area.
