NCC to sell road-marking operations for SEK 80 million

NCC to sell road-marking operations for SEK 80 million The sale of the road-marking operations to Geveko is now completed. The sales price is approximately SEK 80 million and the sale will have a marginal impact on NCC's earnings the first quarter of 2004. These operations are currently conducted in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland under the brand names Entreprenadlinjer, Norskilt and Nordisk Vejmarkering. In 2003, the operations generated sales of approximately SEK 150 million. The sale is in line with NCC's strategy of streamlining its operations.
