New Senior Vice President Corporate Communications at NCC Group Annica Gerentz will assume the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Communications of the NCC Group during the autumn, succeeding Hans-Olof Karlsson. Annica Gerentz, an MBA born in 1960, has been Investor Relations Manager in the NCC Group's Corporate Communications Department since March 1, 2000. Prior to joining NCC, Annica Gerentz had been mainly active as a journalist for such publications as the Dagens Industri business daily, the Nyhetsbyrån Direkt news agency, where she was managing editor, and the Börsveckan business weekly, where she was also president. Annica Gerentz will report to the NCC Group's President and Chief Executive Officer, Alf Göransson, and will be a member of NCC's Group Management. Following 16 years as Senior Vice President Corporate Communications, Hans-Olof Karlsson will leave this position at year-end. Hans-Olof Karlsson's services will be at the disposal of the Chief Executive Officer during 2005, following which, as of the end of 2005, he will utilize his right to a negotiated pension.
