Repurchase of NCC Series B shares in week 20, 2022

During the period May 16 – May 20, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 421 752 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided.

The repurchases are part of the repurchase program of a maximum of 10 percent of Series B shares for a total of not more than SEK 1.5 bn that NCC announced on April 27, 2022. The repurchase program extends from May 11, 2022 until the 2023 Annual General Meeting and is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).

NCC Series B shares were repurchased (in SEK) as follows:

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by SEB on NCC AB’s behalf. Following the acquisitions above, NCC’s holdings of own shares as per May 20, 2022 amount to 1,452,574 Series B shares. The total number of NCC shares is 108,435,822.
