    Nel ASA: Second quarter 2026 financial results

    (July 15, 2026 - Oslo, Norway) Nel ASA (Nel, OSE: NEL) reported revenues from contracts with customers of NOK 153 million in the second quarter of 2026, down 12% versus the same quarter last year, though up NOK 5 million from the previous quarter. Total revenue and income was NOK 182 million, up from NOK 152 million in Q1 2026. EBITDA in the quarter was NOK -155 million, compared with NOK -100 million in Q1 2026 and NOK -86 million in Q2 2025.     Nel ASA: Receives a USD 7 million purchase order for PEM equipment to be deployed in the US

    (April 23, 2026 - Oslo, Norway) Nel Hydrogen US, a subsidiary of Nel ASA (Nel, OSE:NEL), has received a purchase order for PEM electrolyser equipment with total value of about USD 7 million. The PEM electrolyser equipment will be used to produce hydrogen at a public utility in the US. Nel Hydrogen has received an order for PEM electrolyser equipment from Douglas County Public Utility District (DCPUD), in East Wenatchee, WA, US. DCPUD is a publicly regulated utility company that was instrumental in developing state legislation allowing utilities to produce and sell renewable hydrogen.

    Nel ASA: Receives a USD 7 million purchase order for containerized PEM equipment

    (April 17, 2026 - Oslo, Norway) Nel Hydrogen US, a subsidiary of Nel ASA (Nel, OSE:NEL), has received a purchase order from Mesure Process, a subsidiary of Synqo Energies, for containerized PEM electrolyser equipment with a total value of about USD 7 million for its European project. This is the second purchase order Nel has received from the client. The units will supply hydrogen refueling stations and industrial use. Synqo Energies, previously MPH Énergie, will operate as the EPC supplier and deliver the complete hydrogen refuelling package, owned by a consortium, including the off-takers.

    Nel ASA: Receives PEM purchase order from the HyFuel and Kaupanes hydrogen projects valued at more than USD 50 million
