Annual report 2007

On 7 May 2008 the Company completed a private placement in excess of 10% of the Company’s share capital. Prospectus is required for share capital increases in excess of the 10% of the Company’s share capital. The Company’s Prospectus is expected to be made public by the Oslo Stock Exchange today, 13 May 2008. The annual report for 2007 is included in the Prospectus and consequently the annual report for 2007 is made public in this notification. The printed annual report will be sent to the shareholders together with the notice of the ordinary general meeting.
