MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On July 9 2009 mandatory notifications of trade in DiaGenic ASA took place. Håkon Sæterøy, primary insider and Executive Chairman of the Board of DiaGenic ASA has sold 10,000 shares at NOK 3.74 per share. Sæterøy`s overall exposure in the Company after the sale is a total of 1,376,478. These shares are acquired by: Maria Holmlund, board member in DiaGenic, has acquired 10,000 shares at NOK 3.74 per share. After this transaction Holmlund owns 10,000 shares in DiaGenic.
