After the transaction Bent Mathias Skisaker has a holding of 200,000 shares in NEL ASA, representing approx. 0,03% of the total number of shares in NEL (based on 683,678,252 outstanding shares). The shares were acquired from NEL, which after the transaction holds 2,155,136 shares, representing approx. 0,32 % of the total number of its shares.
