Share capital increase

On 8 July 2009 DiaGenic ASA announced a firm placement of 2.5 million new shares at a subscription price of NOK 3.74 per share. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, DiaGenic’s share capital is NOK 2,711,826, divided on 54,236,520 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05. The Articles of Association of the Company have been revised accordingly. Please find attached updated company certificate.
