Vice Chair of the Neles Board of Directors Perttu Louhiluoto resigns, Anu Hämäläinen appointed as the new Vice Chair

Perttu Louhiluoto, a member of the Board of Directors of Neles Corporation, has announced his resignation from the Board as of today. The reason for the resignation is his election as the President and CEO of a UK-based flow control company.
The Shareholders' Nomination Board of Neles has assessed that the Board will remain functional after Louhiluoto’s resignation, and that the Board's composition will continue to meet the requirements set out in the Articles of Association.
