Judith S. Kaye, of Counsel, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Former Chief Judge, State of New York. Judge Kaye will lecture on Interbranch Tangling: Separating Our Constitutional Powers, at the event sponsored by Hughes Hubbard, centering on the separate powers of the three independent branches of the United States government as they come up against one another.  The
