Communiqué from extraordinary general meeting in Nilar International AB

In connection with the extra general meeting on March 3rd, 2022, Nilar's shareholders have elected Gunnar Wieslander as a member and new Chairman of the Board of Nilar International AB (“Nilar”), in accordance with the Nomination Committee's proposal.

Michael Obermayer, former Chairman of the Board, Anders Gudmarsson and Peter Fedeley, have in connection with the extra general meeting announced that they are resigning as members of the Board. Nilar's Board of Director now includes Stefan De Geer, Helena Nathhorst, Ulrika Molander, Marko Allikson and Chairman of the Board Gunnar Wieslander.

It was resolved, in accordance with the nomination committee’s proposal, that the remuneration shall be SEK 200,000 for each director (SEK 100,000) and SEK 500,000 to the chairman (SEK 250,000), SEK 100,000 for members of the audit committee (SEK 50,000) and SEK 150,000 to the chair of the audit committee and SEK 50,000 to the members of the remuneration committee.

Gunnar Wieslander was born in 1962 and has a background as a naval officer where he, among other things, served as commander of the submarine flotilla. Other assignments include positions as State Secretary in the Government Offices and CEO of Saab Kockums AB. He is currently Senior Vice President of Kreab Worldwide AB. Gunnar has an education i.a. from the Swedish Defence University and Stanford University.
