Nimlas Sweden continues its growth journey and acquires Uppsala Elcentral AB.

The acquisition is in line with the growth strategy 5-50-500, which aims to reach SEK 5 billion in revenue, add 50 new companies, and achieve SEK 500 million in profit. The electrical sector is an important part of this growth, with a target of reaching SEK 1 billion in electrical services revenue in the coming years.

“I am proud that Nimlas continues to grow and that we are now represented by an electrical company in Uppsala. Uppsala is an exciting market, and we see great potential there,” says Lars Larsen, Regional Manager Electrical, Nimlas Sweden.

Uppsala Elcentral was founded in 2008 by David Liljekvarn and Peter Strandberg. Since its start, the company has grown steadily and today generates approximately SEK 39 million in revenue with 23 employees. The company provides electrical installations, electrical service, control systems, and building automation. Its customers include medium-sized companies as well as private and public property owners. Projects are carried out in Uppsala County and northern Stockholm.

“We now have a platform to further develop our great company, and I look forward to gaining more colleagues within the Nimlas Group,” says David Liljekvarn, Managing Director of Uppsala Elcentral.

Peter Strandberg, Project Manager at Uppsala Elcentral, continues:

“The Group’s comprehensive offering enables me and my colleagues to focus on continuing to deliver the best possible service to our customers, while also creating better conditions for growth.”

Closing will take place in February.
