    Nimlas Group is growing rapidly and is now the fourth largest installation group in the NordicsNimlas Group grew significantly during 2023. The acquisition of the Norwegian group Konstel laid the foundation for a new Nordic platform in the installation industry.     Tiina Koppinen has been appointed as CEO of QMG and member of the Nimlas Leadership Team as of 1 March

    Tiina Koppinen will start as the new CEO of QMG and a member of the Nimlas Leadership Team on March 1, 2024.     Nimlas Group has today announced that Pernilla Walfridsson will join its Board of Diretors as Chair of the Audit Committee, effective no later than October 16, 2023. Her appointment serves as a key step in Nimlas Group's continued efforts to build the leading technical installation and building services group in the Nordics.     Nimlas acquires Norwegian Konstel to build a pan-Nordic leader in technical installation and services

    Nimlas Group AB (“Nimlas”) is forming one of the largest installation companies in the Nordic region by acquiring Konstel, a leading electrical installation company in Norway. Following the acquisition, Nimlas will have business operations in Sweden, Finland and Norway with more than 3,500 employees and annual revenues of over SEK 6 billion.Within two years, Nimlas has established its presence in Sweden, Finland, and Norway through Sandbäckens, QMG, and now Konstel. By adding Konstel, Nimlas has formed a pan-Nordic installation company with annual revenues totaling over SEK 6 billion.
