Nimlas to acquire HGN Elektro AS, strengthening its position in the Oslo region

Nimlas Norway has signed an agreement to acquire HGN Elektro, a strong electrical contractor in Oslo that has delivered solid growth in recent years.

Founded in 2017, HGN Elektro has rapidly established itself as a solid player in electrical installation and technical services in the Oslo region in Norway. The company provides services within electrical, telecom, fire and security, and automation, and holds a particularly strong position in renovation, service and commercial-building projects. In 2025, the company reported revenues of approximately NOK 211 million, following several years of solid growth.

The company has around 80 employees, and a high share of its assignments come from returning customers. The business is characterized by close customer dialogue, strong execution capability and a focus on quality in every delivery.

The acquisition is in line with Nimlas’ strategy for continued growth in Norway, with the ambition of doubling its revenues over the next five years. By bringing together strong, local companies with solid market positions, Nimlas strengthens its presence in important markets and lays the foundation for further growth – both through acquisitions and organic development.

Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority
