Nimlas Targets SEK 12 Billion Revenue: Konstel acquires Kragerø Elektriske

Nimlas Group, is pleased to announce a strategic development that aligns with its ambition to achieve SEK 12 billion in revenue and a 10% EBITA margin. Konstel, our leading Norwegian entity, has strengthened its market presence with the acquisition of the well-established electrical contracting firm Kragerø Elektriske.

This acquisition represents another step in Nimlas' growth journey across the Nordics. Kragerø Elektriske, founded in 1983, is known for its specialized expertise in electrical installations, new construction, heat pumps, low-voltage systems, solar panels, and advanced control systems. By joining the Nimlas family, Kragerø Elektriske, with its 23 employees and a revenue of approximately 45 million SEK, will further enhance Konstel’s portfolio and service depth in the Telemark region.

As we continue to strategically expand, Kragerø Elektriske’s competencies and reputation for quality across residential and commercial projects, including nursing homes, hotels, apartments, and industrial production facilities, add substantial value to the Nimlas Group.

Leveraging strengths and broadening impact

With this acquisition, Konstel’s annual revenue now surpasses 2.3 billion SEK, solidifying its position as Norway's leading multi-location electrical contractor with over 1,300 employees across 32 companies.
