Pernilla Walfridsson Appointed to Nimlas Group's Board of Directors as Chair of the Audit Committee

Nimlas Group has today announced that Pernilla Walfridsson will join its Board of Diretors as Chair of the Audit Committee, effective no later than October 16, 2023. Her appointment serves as a key step in Nimlas Group's continued efforts to build the leading technical installation and building services group in the Nordics.

Pernilla Walfridsson has been the CFO at Clas Ohlson since November 2022 and is a member of the company's group management. She also serves on the boards of Systembolaget AB and CTEK AB. Her earlier experience includes CFO roles at Nobina AB and Byggmax AB, as well as other operational positions and board assignments, including those at Sortera Group AB and NetOnNet AB.
