Sandbäckens, part of Nimlas Group, continues to invest in electricity – acquires BK Styr och Elteknik
Sandbäckens, part of the Nimlas Group, acquires BK Styr och Elteknik AB and thereby strengthens its position within electrical installations in the Stockholm region. The acquisition is part of Sandbäckens' long-term strategy, 5-50-500, which involves reaching 5 billion in turnover, 50 new companies and 500 million in profit. The electricity sector is an important part of this growth, and the goal is to generate 1 billion in electricity sales in the coming years.

BK Styr och Elteknik was started by the Karlsson brothers, Kent and Ove, in 2001, and has grown gradually, today the company employs 25 people. The company specializes in control installation electricity systems and building electricity automation. Service assignments, renovations, new construction and contracting projects are carried out for customers who are found in industry and commercial/public property owners. BK Styr och Elteknik has a turnover of approximately 30 MSEK (2024).
