Nitro Games approved for trading on Nasdaq First North Stockholm

Nitro Games Plc (“Nitro Games”) has today, 14 June 2017, been approved for listing on Nasdaq First North Stockholm. Nitro Games’ share issue closed ahead of planned listing on Nasdaq First North

Nitro Games Plc’s (“Nitro Games” or the “Company”) share issue (the “Offering”) raised approximately EUR 2.8 million and was hence subscribed to 86 per cent. Through the share issue Nitro Games has gained 208 new shareholders. The first day of trading on Nasdaq First North, given the marketplace’s approval, is planned to be 16 June 2017.
