Lysaker, 21 October 2025 Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by AMSC ASA (under liquidation) (the Company) on 9 October 2025 that the Company’s board of directors has in accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act section 16-9 resolved to distribute a liquidation dividend to its shareholders in the amount of NOK 1.481 per share (NOK 106 430 344 in total).
