Wongraven and Vingruppen to expand internationally

Since 2009, Sigurd Wongraven has developed and sold quality wines in Norway. From 2014 this has been in collaboration with Vingruppen. Arcus: Thinner plastic reduces usage by 3.5 tonnes

Better environment, increased efficiency and reduced costs.- We switch to a thinner plastic for securing goods during transport. Arcus: Wine sales in Norway to new heights

Consumer insight, high quality and improved wine portfolio grow Arcus’ wine sales. The market share for wine has grown every single month over the past 12 months. Four wine producers have decided to change importer in Sweden, and have ended the relationship with Vingruppen.The net-sales impact is expected to be around 108 MSEK annually, starting in Q1 2019. «We regret this, but in the wine business changes like this can happen. Laroche Chardonnay L, Norway's most popular white wine

Norwegians have never bought as much white wine as in 2018. The very most popular was Laroche Chardonnay L from France.This wine is a perfect match for Norwegians’ taste in wines, according to wine expert Marianne Tyldum at Arcus. “We Norwegians like dry, fresh wines.
